The terms under which platforms and operators consume the MetaGrator catalog API and engagement engine.
Last updated: 2026-05-26
MetaGrator provides API-based access to a content aggregation layer including the catalog API, routing engine, and optional engagement engine. The service is licensed to platform and operator customers under the commercial terms set out in each individual order form.
Service is provided to business customers (B2B) only. Customers must hold appropriate gaming licenses in jurisdictions where they offer the catalog content.
Customers must not: reverse-engineer the routing or scoring algorithms, attempt to access other operators' configurations or data, exceed agreed rate limits, or use the catalog in jurisdictions not contractually permitted.
Revenue-share rates, minimum-commitment terms (if any), and engagement-engine pricing are set in the order form. Pricing is reviewed annually unless otherwise agreed.
Catalog API: 99.95% uptime, p95 latency under 150ms from EU and LatAm. Engagement engine: 99.9% uptime. SLA credits apply per the commercial schedule.
Customer retains all rights to its transactional, configuration, and player-derived data. MetaGrator retains rights to routing-algorithm decisions, scoring data, and aggregated anonymous performance metrics.
30-day notice from either party. On termination, MetaGrator provides a full transaction-history and configuration export within 7 days.
Liability capped per the commercial schedule; details in the order form.
These terms are governed by the law of our incorporating jurisdiction, named in your master service agreement, and disputes are resolved in that jurisdiction.
